It would be great to support CutyCapt to create full page screenshots

I have described the way I am using it at https://blog.sleeplessbeastie.eu/2019/07/10/how-to-use-cutycapt-inside-archivebox/ and it works very well. With a little modification it would work along the existing solution. What do you think?

I plan to make a public repository of (non-default) community-written plugins that people can enable for ArchiveBox, and this would be a perfect candidate!

Unfortunately I've slated user-provided plugin support to land in v0.8 which is probably >6 months away at my current development pace. I know that's a long time 😢, this is a pretty great patch and I'd love to see it added sooner somehow. I'll think more about this and try to come up with a way to get it in with ~v0.4.3, but no promises.
