用的是kiro，Claude code或者codex调用都是一样只能聊天，内置工具都不能用。

我用kiro加cc的官方vscode插件是没问题的，codex没试过，要不你再检查下配置？

kiro客户端对话没问题；走kiro-oauth，用api测试接口也没有问题。但用CC稍微复杂点就429，感觉是有环节在限速。
