导入的时候识别得到的区域是 us-east-2，但是生成的配置文件就变成默认的 us-east-1。然后会导致刷新失败，手动更改配置文件中的区域就可以刷新成功了。

导入的时候应该填idcRegion 而不是region，你没有按照示例操作
