，needsRefresh=true，refreshCount=3，isHealthy=true，调用api不会被选中账号，账号会一直卡在这个状态不会被刷新

我把健康状态改为false ，刷新次数改为0又可以了，号没问题，我后面用kiro重新登录验证过，不过我用的号authMethod是Idc
