我在gemini-cli-oauth配置了project_id，并且在google cloud上也新增了对应的项目，添加了api库和iam权限，但是请求的时候还是出现了403的报错，这个是还缺了什么权限吗？
报错信息如下：
error: {code: 403, message: 'Permission denied on resource project pilates-gemini.', errors: Array(1), status: 'PERMISSION_DENIED', details: Array(3)}
