@VShawn commented on GitHub (Feb 14, 2025):
it might be a compatibility issue, as I nor others have encountered this crashes.
It's hard to determine the cause of the error, so it would be nice if you could provide the crash logs from the Windows Event Viewer to identify which module is failing.

@abcylei commented on GitHub (Feb 14, 2025):
@VShawn I have two computers in this situation
@VShawn commented on GitHub (Feb 14, 2025):
oh can you try this version? https://github.com/1Remote/1Remote/releases/tag/1.1.0
@VShawn commented on GitHub (Feb 14, 2025):
and if 1.1.0 works, could you plz try the exe version of 1.1.1?
However, if version 1.1.0 doesn't work, I'll have to set up a virtual machine on Windows 11 to try to reproduce the bug myself 😥
@abcylei commented on GitHub (Feb 14, 2025):
I was able to use it on the day of installation, but starting from the next day, it crashes immediately. Both versions crash.-

@VShawn commented on GitHub (Feb 15, 2025):
I'm unable to locate the cause of the malfunction at the moment, so it might take long to fix the bug. I suggest you using a different RDP management tool for now, sorry for the bug.
Also, may I ask which virtual machine tool you are using?
@itagagaki commented on GitHub (Feb 15, 2025):
When starting different versions of 1Remote, make sure that no other version remains minimized in the system tray. Also make sure that "Run automatically at OS startup" is not checked when mixing different versions.
Sorry if this has already been confirmed.
@abcylei commented on GitHub (Feb 15, 2025):
The malfunction has disappeared, and the reason is unknown
@VShawn commented on GitHub (Feb 15, 2025):
😰
