As title, when using trackpad gesture, scrolling is always too fast, which would sometimes affect Setting & SSH port using experience
如题，使用触控板手势时，滚动进度操作总是过快，这比较影响设置与SSH端口使用
When tap the window body (not menu bar), window sometimes won't be topped.
当点击窗口主体（并非菜单栏），窗口有时不会前置
