Fixing this issue is easy.
However, I've found the following other problems with FTP's ListView, and I'll fix them as well.

Scroll position does not update when the view contents are changed by browsing a different directory
Inconsistency in handling a single selection while allowing multiple item selection
Selection with the Up/Down keys does not match selection with the mouse
