Describe the bug

Listview in Main Window lag when switching tab.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Maximized the mainwindow, import 100 servers.
switch tab to any tag
swith back to All, it takes about 1.1s in list mode and 2.3s in card mode for rendering the list.
remove the note preview, try step3. it takes about 0.6s in list mode and 1.2s in card mode for rendering the list.
