I tried 120,130,140 - all the same small size

can you try mstsc model? If it doesn't work in mstsc mode, it may be that Windows Server 2022 does not support RDP scaling.

I can't try myself since I do not have a Windows Server 2022 available for testing.

can you try mstsc model? If it doesn't work in mstsc mode, it may be that Windows Server 2022 does not support RDP scaling.

if I use Mstsc mode scaling is disabled with 1Remote - and if I try to change scaling inside the session it is grayed out

I might be mistaken, I thought mstsc had scaling enabled by default. And since you found rdp scaling not work on server 2022, i'll close the ticket.
