Describe the bug
I use putty to connect to the server and it says "FATAL ERROR: Configured password was not accepted"
I found that the password has '@' in it, but it shows up as '%40' in the command

I have noticed this issue and have applied a hotfix in commit: chore: no convert '@' for runner cli github.com/1Remote/1Remote@5f07b033c5
